Phlea TV | Animation for Documentary Series
We joined mid-production to manage a complex animation workflow for Ken Burns’ American Revolution. I coordinated between the production subcontractor and the client team, smoothing communication and realigning production and delivery schedules under tight deadlines. Our phase reached completion ahead of schedule—demonstrating my ability to stabilize high-stakes creative environments and maintain client trust through clear processes and communication.
